Was just reading a piece about Mountunes work on the Focus ST...just wondering what people think they will cook up for the RS?

http://www.evo.co.uk/ford/focus-st/16757/271bhp-for-pumped-up-ford-focus-st-mountune

THe kit for the ST adds rge capacity alloy intercooler, a low-loss cast crossover duct, high-flow dual-entry air filter, and a special performance map for the engine. boosting power by 24 hp and torque by 30 ft-lbs for £1200...

Best part is Mountune is Ford affiliated meaning any mods they make for us wont void warranty!!

^ THIS!!! We all want to mod our cars but voiding the warranty is a pain when you need to have something repaired by them under it. And it's pretty affordable at £1200. Most likely the cost for a similar kit will cost more than that for the RS.

As for what they'll cook up for the RS, who knows. Won't be surprised to see a intercooler upgrade.

Ostensibly the cost of the tune/remap itself shouldn't be much more then for ST... intercooler will be more pricy for sure. I could see them offering a substantial pack for sub 2K
