not for me, sorry. Black and blue has to be done in the right shades. IMO. the blue is too light and it causes a flat contrast...
x2, rather go aftermarket and spec them to what i'd prefer although I have yet to get to that stage. Might end up using the standard wheels as beater wheels.Waste of money that I will be spending on some serious 18 inch wheels
Actually I think bronze would look better on anything then the blackI want to go with black paint and bronze rims. I think the black rims would look better on the other shade of blue that no one actually will get to buy.
I think they would look good with some other colors as well, but that is not to say that I don't prefer them on the black exterior paint color. To each their own I suppose.Actually I think bronze would look better on anything then the black![]()
Same here, that issue of brake dust is a big issue for me although I think there are products we can get to help that.... opti coat is one of them.I'm a big fan of black because it helps hide the brake dust. Plus, forged 19s will most likely be lighter than non forged aluminum 18s. If the pricing guide is accurate, what Ford is charging for the PS2s and forged wheels is a steal.
I wrote brake dust. I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic, but in the case that you're not, brake dust is the dirty looking powder that accumulates on your wheels."Braking dust"? I've never heard of this before. What is braking dust?
Looks like it works pretty well. I'll have to give that a shot.Same here, that issue of brake dust is a big issue for me although I think there are products we can get to help that.... opti coat is one of them.
One thing to look into is into types of wheel cleaner that wont strip away the coating since I know some wheel cleaners can be harsh due to what they're meant to remove.Looks like it works pretty well. I'll have to give that a shot.

Performance brake pads designed for track use emit a ton of brake dust. Even aggressive street pads can create a lot of dust from normal driving. I'm too lazy to clean my wheels every other day, but I like them looking good. Black wheels help in keeping the car appear clean.
It's better than nothing at all, at least this will buy us time for cleaning our wheels and prevent cleaning it being harder than it should. I've seen what neglect can doLooks like it works pretty well. I'll have to give that a shot.
