Hi folks!

My name is AJ. I am 30 years old and a firefighter in Pennsylvania. I currently own a modified 2009 Volvo C30 T5 and a 2006 Volvo V50 T5 AWD that has the current duty of daily. I have been keeping an eye on the RS and hopefully if things go right later on this year in work and life, I'll place an order for an RS. I just wanted to say hello and establish a relationship with everyone early! Hope to get to know everyone!

Thanks for the welcome! If I get the RS, I will be parting ways with Adele, my V50. Blue (my C30) on the other hand, is never going to go away

Good choice on keeping the C30, as any true enthusiast would, you don't typically come across them and when you do they're typically not driven by an enthusiast. What modifications have you done to the C30?

While that was a concern from the start with the interest going on, I think Ford will keep producing them as long as sales are good within the first year. Even more so with the Civic Type R coming to market.

With the growing amount of vehicles to chose from much like the RS, there's a good chance you'll find them for sale on the used car market later on, especially as some people see how good these will hold their value. Good for driving around for 6 months, a year, etc and moving on to something else.

Polestar Tune, Borla Catback Exhaust, Elevate Turbo Air Intake/CBV/TCV, Ford E-Focus motor mount, Stoptech Brakes and Rotors, Eibach Sport Springs

Not nervous at all! With the popularity and desire being expressed for this car I dont think they will sell out, and I don't mind waiting.

Another way to look at this is, Ford just start their Ford performance division and this is one of those cars that meets a middle ground, it's a focus after all, so out of all vehicles out there, this will be the most likely to be easy to find.
