That's what it says, 17th is the date we'll see the official info we need.

No telling but one thing you can be sure of is there's a huge following behind the RS so it's going to be best to get in as early as you can if you want in early enough and to avoid a lengthy wait.

Top Gear has just come out with the UK pricing! The Focus RS will only cost £28,940 and with the low price comes these options as standard: 4WD, 345bhp, manual gearbox, turbocharged 2.3-litre four-cylinder with full torque vectoring, launch control and drift mode.
It also only takes 4.7 seconds to get from 0 to 62mph.
I think it's a great deal!

I know some folks were a bit turned off from the apparent issue a preproduction model had at some event that took place months back.

It's not a bad price for a 345hp car. The 2016 Focus RS starts at $36,605 in the US, not sure it that includes $875 destination charge.

Either they're going to continue doing testing and refining with it or just scrap the entire car. That's what happens with test mules and pre production models typically.

They probably redesigned the engine to allow for maple syrup instead of engine oil.
