Ken Block and Focus RS at Goodwood

As part of its UK debut, Ken Block drives a pre-production Ford Focus RS up the hill on Day Two at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2015, getting it sideways in the process as you'd expect after watching his Gymkhana films.


Meanwhile, just a week before, in preparation for its initial UK appearance, the RS was put through its paces at Lommel Proving Grounds, with ESP and Traction Control Systems deactivated

Focus RS Power & Torque Figures Confirmed

Following its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, Ford finally confirmed the numbers as 345 horsepower and 324 torque. This comes months after Accidental Horsepower Rating Leak by Ford Ireland with them later responding with "we are guaranteeing it will at least be over 315 hp. Our final numbers will come closer to launch.”
