For an idea of the tuning possibilties. Chipped 2.3T Mustang

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccBYxJ5iSpA#t=40

This is all at the wheels:
Stock: 260HP/270TQ
Tuned: 276HP/370TQ (91 octane)

+100 lb-ft of torque!!! :eek::eek::eek:

AND, we know that the Focus RS's motor is improved, compared to the Mustang.

Only question that's left is how these clutches will hold up.

If the 2017 RS is anything like the last gen RS it will have a dual mass racing clutch...sounds more then adequate ;):D
Really excited and interested to see what Mountune comes up with for the RS, they did great work on the ST...

That's pretty awesome.
Fortunately with the hype around the focus rs, there should at least be some shop or tuning company out their that will do some serious tuning to the RS. :D
Hennessey Performance Engineering set up an integrated performance package for the 2013 Focus ST, so hopefully they will come up with something for the '16 RS. Unfortunately, they only manufactured a total of around 300 performance packages for the '13 ST, and when I checked with them, they were all out.
Hennessey's URL is www.hennesseyperformance.com for those who want to check it out.
I wonder if Steeda and Roush will hop on this guy? They both kave tunes for ecoboost ustangs, wonder how hard it would be to port the knowledge over to a new ECU?
