Does the RS have Regular EPS?

Does anyone know if the RS uses the same EPS as the regular Foci'? Because its supposed to be fairly good...

The electric power steering is surprisingly quick (2.3 turns lock-to-lock) and, even more commendably, quite accurate.

Can't seem to find anything on it just yet.

Close to the RS becoming available we should be getting more details with that specifically.
I could be wrong but I though I heard the RS steering rack would be 1.7 turns to lock which is more in line with the quick ratio aftermarket steering boxes.

Do you remember where you originally heard about the radius being 1.7?
