Do Power number Differ from Federal to CA??
I in Redding CA, 2 hours south from Oregon, and I am looking at
buying a RS from Oregon new, but I believe I will have to order it with
the California Emission Bull S"" package...
any idea what the differences are, if big. may be willing to wait for a used one with 7500miles? and then bring it in to CA as a used car
