I think your have a lot of issues. The factory is not set up to sell and handover direct to customers. All the output is transported on by road or sea.

Buying straight from Cologne GM factory?
whats up guys, im currently stationed in Germany and was wondering if anybody knew how difficult it would be to buy a US spec from the factory or even a dealership out here. Car buying out here is very different.

You can probably ask one of the dealerships near the factory and see if they can do anything for you but I doubt you'll be able to easily get your hands on one. There's a long line of people waiting for one and the ones produced will probably be sent to those who put a down payment first.
